Our Workshop detailing is an inhouse service in order to make it affordable to all our customers. Our workshop detailers provide an accurate service with being certified in StruCAD or Teklar as well as having first hand industry experience. It can be a rather complexed area; our team though will work closely with all stakeholders ensuring arising issues are dealt with before production & installation. We believe the cost of workshop drawings outweigh rectifying onsite issues.

Our workshop machinery and equipment is unmatched and has the efficiency to keep up with all our customers demands. Client approved workshop drawings are sent out into the workshop for fabrication firstly by computer file to our Ficep CNC Beamline machine that will cut and drill the structural steel before being finished off by our dedicated fabrication welding team. Our steel workshop fabricators are experts in every aspect of residential structural steel manufacturing and produce the highest of quality. Structural steel is either primed or Galvanised, our Galvanising service picks up/drop off twice a week. 

We delivery Melbourne wide and across the surrounding regions, we deliver to where our builders have their jobs. Our fleet of crane trucks ensures no matter what size delivery we have your needs covered and for the bigger steel jobs we will roll out Jason’s Semi Trailer. We deliver in a timely manner and generally when structural steel is concerned its will be delivered coinciding with the installation.

Our onsite installation teams are qualified and have exceptional knowledge and experience in erecting structural steel for the residential building industry. From dogman, welders, crane operators and riggers paired with our onsite equipment ensures your job is in the right hands. Safety is also an important factor and our teams are well versed in OHS procedures and have SWMS at hand.
